The Role:

The Vehicle Finance Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 2) will take a minimum of 12 months to complete, and you will be able to develop your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours with full support from your manager and apprenticeship tutor. If you work hard, you will gain a Nationally recognised qualification along with in-depth, on the job experience. 

The hours are Monday to Friday between 9am - 7pm, Saturday from 9am - 5pm (1 in every 4 shifts).

Working within our Vehicle Finance Team, you will provide an excellent customer contact experience for all Vehicle Finance customers, aiming to resolve customers’ enquiries at first point of contact. You will work within agreed service level commitments

You will be trained to a high standard to answer customer queries via telephone, responding to emails and written correspondence and actioning customer requests.
