About The Role

We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join us  to support key business stakeholders with a wide range of transactional and transformational HR activity.

This is a hybrid role with a combination of remote and office based working with our Solihull Head Office as the base. 

What you will do

As  HR Advisor you will coach line managers, providing them with expert information, advice and support on the full range of employment legislation and HR activities to ensure a fair and consistent approach to people management across the company.

You will handle a case load of both complex and non-complex ER cases, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring  people management practices and procedures are in place, and adhered to fairly and effectively.

You will take the lead in developing all appropriate policies and procedures,  ensuring legal requirements are adhered to, interpreting and researching employment law and HR best practice to ensure advice is accurate and up to date.

What you will bring

You will have held a similar role with significant experience of dealing autonomously with the full range of Employee Relation issues, advising and guiding stakeholders through complex ER issues.

A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
