About The Role

We are looking to bring in a Relationship Support Specialist to both our Reading and London office.

What you will do

The main responsibilities of this role will be to project manage the pipeline of our finance agreements right through to conclusion, and supporting our Relationship Directors to help with the continuous growth of the business.

Someone who loves stakeholder management will do well in this role, as managing internal and external parties, keeping them updated and working with them to ensure smooth processes are key. You will get the opportunity to obtain professional quote for legal, monitoring surveying and valuation services as well, something you may not get to do in many of our competitors.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing the process of retail estate finance agreements, as we are a fast paced team growing quickly. This role is great for anyone looking to increase exposure and help with the growth of a key business area for a larger organisation.

What you will bring

  • Experience of UK Real Estate Finance within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Background of high performance in a Real Estate Finance support environment, exceptional customer service essential.
  • Strong prioritisation skills & proven track record in working under pressure
  • A-level or Banking Qualification
