About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced customer advisor to take the first step into a leadership position and join is as a Senior Customer Service Advisor. 
 
What you will do

As a Senior Customer Services advisor, you will carry out the principle duties of a Customer Services Advisor as required with additional responsibilities.

You will deputise for the Customer Services Team Leader when required and support them with the training of the Customer Services Advisors in line with the relevant processes and procedures.

You will fulfil a coaching and mentoring role for the Customer Services Advisors to support them on a day to day basis and to assist them in achieving their operational objectives.

Opening hours are 9.00am - 7.00pm Mon-Fri and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Saturday, you will work a flexible shift pattern within these hours.
