What you will do
You will coordinate and support maintenance of Governance documentation, including policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all document owners are aware of Governance review dates and updates are completed to high quality standards within expected timescales.
The individual who holds this role will be responsible for taking minutes and capturing actions in a number of Committes/Forums and there will be an element of diary management for key stakeholders.
Working under your own initiative, prioritizing your individual workload to meet agreed timescales and quality targets, the role supports the Leadership Team to successfully maintain all Governance documentation activity.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Forum/Committee support as minute taker
• Coordinate and support department(s) incentive budget
• Diary Management for key stakeholders
• Be the central point and SME for governance update activity
• Planning and managing individual workload ensuring clear lines of communication to Governance document owners
• Oversees and challenges themselves on quality within all Governed documentation and will ensure maintained to a high standard
• Co-ordinate and monitor Governance review activity to ensure timescales and quality are met
• Promotes the use of governance documents to the wider department and effectively communicates any changes to the relevant teams
• Carry out Hornbill requests and respond positively and proactively to amends to governance documents and additional activity as required
• Raise any risks or issues that may impact the customer, business or stakeholder based on governance reviews or amendments
• Coordination of any ORMS actions in relation to governance documents updates/changes
What you will bring
• Experience of Governance document management frameworks is preferred
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at various levels
• Experienced in a fast paced environment, skilled in prioritisation, planning and execution with limited supervision
• Advocates a high level of attention and accuracy
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to engage
