About The Role

What you will do

You will support business performance through the use of the dialler and its key components such as IVR, SMS & Dialling. You will report, oversee, plan and manage operational contact strategies to maximise contact opportunities with Vehicle Finance customers at minimum cost while ensuring maximum return in a compliant environment.

Aim to achieve internal & external SLAs in the provision of support services, deliver process and procedure enhancements to achieve service excellence whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting a TCF & conduct risk centric culture.

What you will bring

Previous experience in a Dialler Analyst role.

  • Experience working with the following would be advantageous:
    • Noble dialler
    • Esendex SMS portal
    • TotalView Workforce management
