About The Role
What you will do

You will play a leading role in the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure that regulatory risk requirements are met in line with the agreed Group risk appetite statements. Report to each Accountable Executive (FCA SMF), Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer the standard of compliance with regulatory risk throughout the Group.

You will be a subject matter expert for regulatory risk, of note (but not limited to ) those arising from FCA and ICO and relevant legislation such as those within the Consumer Credit Act. The role requires strong technical knowledge across the range of regulatory risk topics as well as all product areas: Banking, Retail Finance, Motor Finance, DMS, Mortgages and SME (Commercial / Real Estate Finance / Asset Finance).

What you will bring

Experience in a Compliance Monitoring role, relating to regulatory risk.

Detailed knowledge of FCA SYSC, PRIN, Conduct Risk, CONC, BCOBS and DISP sourcebooks.

Detailed knowledge of requirements of ICO, CSA, FLA, LSB, JMLSG and GDPR.
