About The Role

What you will do
 
As a Specialist Support Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with all customers who have been identified as requiring additional and specialised support to manage their finance agreements. You will ensure secure handling and safe keeping of sensitive customer information in line with company, regulatory and industry standards. You will communicate with customers in an effective manner via phone, email and letter. Working as part of a team, you will deliver against individual and team daily, monthly and annual set SLA's. 
 
What you will bring
 
You will demonstrate previous experience of supporting vulnerable customers with strong communication skills. You will be customer focused and confident dealing with high risk customers via phone, email and letter. Demonstrating good literacy skills and previously responsible for sending letters, emails and text  messages to vulnerable customers. You will be comfortable building rapport with both internal and external customers. Also, negotiating in a clear, understanding manner will come naturally to you. As a self starter, you will have the ability to use your own initiative within a framework of guidance.
