V12 Vehicle Finance, part of Secure Trust Bank Group, help motor dealers to fund their forecourt and provide finance for their customers with a technology-led approach. In short, we're the open road to providing Dealers all they need to source, fund and finance used vehicles, driving home more sales.
To ensure that our partner dealers and finance brokers operate within our operating agreement procedures and guidelines, we have a team that support the onboarding of new partners and monitor compliance of our existing partners, ensuring compliance and great customer outcomes.
What you will do
As Introducer Oversight Executive you will perform monitoring of compliance with Credit Advertising Regulations Financial Conduct Authority Regulations and the V12 Vehicle Finance operating agreement, product and procedure guide.
You will identify and feedback causes for concern identified through proactive monitoring of V12 Vehicle Finance partners, logging results and delivering updates to key stakeholders whilst creating and maintaining reports to feedback monitoring information and potential risks to the business through regular governance forums. You will work with partners to discuss findings and agree actions and remediation where required.
What you will bring
- Experience of client on-boarding and monitoring required, with a good understanding of introducer due diligence, risks and controls.
- Knowledge of the Motor Finance sector and products.
- A sound understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance impacting consumer credit within Motor Finance e.g. AML, FCA, CDD, CRA
- Experience of working with a quality assurance or compliance monitoring role would be beneficial.
