About The Role

Join our Vehicle Stockfunding Team us as a Introducer Oversight Manager and be at the heart of ensuring operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and innovative oversight.

What You'll Do:

As Introducer Oversight Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  1. Efficient Onboarding and Monitoring: Ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing monitoring of car dealerships and Brokers, aligning with commercial, legal, and compliance requirements.

  2. Risk Management: Proactively identifying and addressing emerging or actual risks that could impact our business or customers.

  3. Framework Development: Shaping and enhancing the introducer oversight framework with robust checks, metrics, and procedures.

  4. Governance Leadership: Leading monthly reviews with senior management and driving action plans for improvement.

  5. Team Leadership: Providing expert guidance to your team, ensuring SLA delivery, and mitigating risks.

  6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to policies and delivering excellent customer outcomes through comprehensive quality control measures.

  7. Pricing and Commercial Decision-making: Overseeing pricing approval and optimizing efficiency and commercial benefits.

  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Consulting with compliance, legal experts, and partners to incorporate legislative changes into policies and provide expert regulatory support.

What We're Looking For:

Your expertise and skills will include:

  • Extensive Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the Vehicle Finance sector, regulatory requirements (FCA, AML, CCD), and compliance practices.

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven success in managing teams, influencing senior executives, and fostering collaborative relationships at all levels.

  • Risk Mitigation Expertise: Strong ability to identify business risks and implement innovative solutions.

  • Commercial Awareness and Organisation: Exceptional commercial acumen, organisational skills, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Process Improvement: Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and a passion for driving process enhancement.

  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and networking skills coupled with a collaborative approach.
