In periods where colleagues are impacted by redundancy, first priority for internal vacancies is given to those who are formally at risk of redundancy. 'At risk' Colleagues must meet the minimum criteria for the role to be considered, only when the 'at risk' pool has been exhausted will a vacancy be released to the wider internal community.

- Proven experience in a pricing role within Finance
- Experience of financial modelling & forecasting
- Part or fully qualified ACCA/ CIMA
Ready to shape the future of pricing strategy in a dynamic, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a commercially-minded Senior Pricing Analyst who thrives on data, insight, and creative problem-solving to help us drive profitable growth across our business.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can be based in either our Solihull or Cardiff office on a hybrid basis working on site in line with team requirements (number of days not currently mandated).
About the role
As our Senior Pricing Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our pricing operations—developing financial models, building reporting tools, and using your expertise to guide strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across the business to review profitability, assess pricing structures, and contribute to innovative product development.
What you will do
- Drive monthly management information (MI) and profitability reporting for Pricing Review meetings.
- Create and evolve pricing strategies for both new prospects and existing partners.
- Use data modelling to identify opportunities to boost profitability and advise on strategic pricing changes.
- Build and refine introducer performance reporting to support effective relationship management.
- Provide analytical input to support new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with commercial and credit risk teams to explore new product opportunities.
- Design controls and processes that protect pricing integrity and manage business risks.
- Deliver insightful analysis to support key business decisions across the group.
What you will bring
- A strong background in mathematical modelling and financial analytics.
- Skilled with large datasets and tools like Power BI.
- Commercially savvy and eager to work in a business-facing finance role.
- A proactive, independent thinker with a flair for turning data into action.
- Previous experience in Financial Services or FMCG is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAS, SQL, or Python is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) preferred.
