The Opportunity
We’re looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This is a pivotal role where you’ll:
- Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partners—both direct and broker-led.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers to deliver sustainable growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions, and ensure compliance.
- Be the face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated market—bringing insight, energy, and commercial acumen.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail finance new business acquisition and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector.
- Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board-level partners.
- A track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Resilience, ambition, and a customer-first mindset.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
