We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead the strategic direction and delivery of our direct-to-consumer proposition across V12 Retail Finance and V12 Personal Finance. This is a pivotal role, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences while leading a talented team across marketing, product, and digital.
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver the B2C strategy, ensuring ambitious growth and retention targets are met.
- Lead new product development and bring innovative solutions to market.
- Own the P&L for new customer acquisition, driving performance across all channels.
- Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
- Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Provide leadership and inspiration to your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Influence at Board and ExCo level, presenting compelling business cases for new initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record in shaping and delivering B2C strategies.
- Experience launching new products and managing P&L accountability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen combined with deep understanding of UX, CX, and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including Board-level engagement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to Consumer Duty principles.
